Where are Bleus Soubacq produced?

Les Bleus Soubacq are entirely produced in Paris, in our Arts et Métiers workshop.

Where do the fabrics used come from?

The fabrics for our jackets come from the ends of rolls from major luxury houses. Unused, they are intended to be thrown away before arriving in our hands and transformed into a timeless and elegant jacket. This is our upcycling process.

How do I choose a Blue in my size?

To help you make your decision, we have put together a Size Guide, available on each of our product sheets. If you feel that the size sent does not suit you, we can easily proceed with an exchange or refund.

Do you have a point of sale to see the Blues and try them?

Soubacq is present in several points of sale in Paris:

Each has a nice selection of blues. If the Blue you want is not available, take advantage of your presence to ensure the right size and then order on www.soubacq.com.

Why are the Blues limited edition?

Our haute couture upcycling process is a choice for more responsible fashion but involves limited fabric stock.

Each jacket is therefore limited edition and numbered on a square of hemp.

Do you deliver anywhere in the world?

It is impossible for us to imagine a world without a Soubacq jacket so yes, we deliver everywhere

What is the delivery delay?

Delivery is estimated between 7 to 10 days. This includes the time it takes to produce your new jacket. Made in France and made to order!

How can I track my package ?

The minute your package is shipped, an email will be sent to you. It includes a link allowing you to follow the stages of delivery of your jacket on the Colissimo website.

What should I do if my order has not arrived?

Beyond 12 days, do not hesitate to write to us at hello@soubacq.com

What do you do with my personal data?

In accordance with Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 known as “information technology and freedoms”, you have the right to access, modify, rectify and delete data concerning you. You can exercise this right upon simple request by e-mail to hello@soubacq.com .

My Blue has a defect, what should I do?

We pay particular attention to the development of our jackets. If a small defect remains, write to us at hello@soubacq.com , with photos of the defective part. We will try to offer you the best solution!

Can I modify or cancel an order?

Just contact us at hello@soubacq.com , we will be sad to hear it but we always offer you the return costs!

What are the return times?

Your Bleu can be returned within 15 days after receipt of your order (postmark taken as proof).

Are returns free?

Yes, returns are our responsibility.

How do I return my Blue?

After contacting us at hello@soubacq.com , you will receive a return slip. You will then simply have to return your jacket to us in its packaging.

What types of payments are accepted?

Credit card, Visa and Mastercard will be your best friends to get your jacket as quickly as possible.

What can I do if I can't find the answer to my question?

Ask us your question directly at hello@soubacq.com ! We will be happy to respond to you as soon as possible.
